About this product:

- Dark glaze. Ready to use

- To glaze or ice tortes, cakes, pastries, desserts and ice creams.

- Heat to 35°C - 40°C / 95° F - 104° F and glaze. When required, dilute with max. 5% water.

- Ingredients:  wheat glucose syrup, sugar, water,palm kernel oil, low fat cacao powder, palm oil,gelatine, maize glucose syrup, sunflower oil, acidifier (E330: citric acid, E202: potassium sorbate), Emulsifier (E322: soya lecithin), edible salt, vanilla* Madagascar

- Keep in cool and dry place.
