About this product:

- Saf-instant^® The Original Red is a historical high performance instant dry yeast especially designed for lean or low sugar doughs.

- Its rapid fermentation allows an easy, efficient and reliable rise. Of natural origin, it reveals and enhances the flavour and aromas of the bread, while giving it  optimal volume.

- Recommended for all types of lean or low-sugar bread recipes, such as baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, etc.

- The yeast must be stored in a dry place and away from heat. After opening the sachet, the product must be used within 48 hours or sealed and stored in the fridge, and used within 8 days.
