- Saf-instant^® The Original Gold is a historical high performance instant dry yeast specially developed for sweet doughs. Its rapid fermentation allows an easy, efficient and reliable rise.

- Of natural origin, it reveals and enhances the flavour and aromas of the bread, while giving it optimal volume.

- Recommended for all types of sweet doughs recipes, such as brioche, sandwich loaves, pain au lait, etc.

- The yeast must be stored in a dry place and away from heat. After opening the sachet, the product must be used within 48 hours or sealed and stored in the fridge, and used within 8 days.
