The Pavoni Cookmatic is a semi-automatic machine that can product sweet or savoury pastry bases, cups and tartelettes quickly and efficiently.

Interchangeable plates allow the Pavoni Cookmatic to produce bases, cups and tartelettes in a wide variety of different shapes and one operator can produce around 700 mignon tartelettes an hour.

The Pavoni Cookmatic is easy to use and incorporates special software to help ensure accurate control of cooking time.

To use, simply set the desired temperature & time and you are ready to produce perfect bases, cups & tartelettes every time.

Best of all, you can use your own recipe to create plain or flavoured, sweet or savoury bases, cups or tartelettes as and when you need them. No need to wait for deliveries or pay for expensive packaging.
